Donald Thomas

Don Thomas has been practicing law in Boca Raton for thirty years. He truly cares about his community and the clients that he advocates for, always going above and beyond to make sure they get the best legal service possible. He is compassionate and dedicated and as anybody who has every witnessed him in action in the courtroom or at the negotiating table will attest, if you have legal problems, Don is someone you want on your side.

When he is not practicing law, you will find Don down the street, just a few blocks east of the office, offshore, chasing waves, fishing or paddleboarding.

James Bearden

James Bearden’s main area of practice focuses on contracts and representation for music, theater, television, film production and distribution, artist and entertainers, publishing, Internet companies, radio networks, boxing promotions, and concert and sporting events He also has extensive experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, real estate development, and civil litigation.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Bearden most notably served as special counsel for the Atlanta Committee 1996 Olympic Games as well as “Associate General Counsel” for Don King Productions.

Mr. Bearden is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the District of Columbia, before the US District Court for the District of Columbia, the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, and the US District Court for the District of Maryland.
